Attained diverse participant demographic of 80% underrepresented groups throughout Michigan. Instrumental in refining the call center strategy that led to leading the consortium in enrollment numbers.

    -Refined call-center strategy that resulted in Corewell Health leading the consortium in patient recruitment
    -As a member of the engagement outreach team, organized and led discussions at various leadership and department meetings within Spectrum Health
